Tim Syrianos is the Principal Broker of Record and owner of Tim Syrianos
RE/MAX Ultimate Realty Inc., Brokerage.  He entered the Real Estate industry in 1989 and over the years developed extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate including organizing and speaking at seminars,  Interviewed in Newspaper media and TV (CBC, CFTO, CTV, Omni and Global), involved in 100's of sales of all price ranges, corporate relocation as a Registered Relocation Specialist (CERC), new home Land assembly, Commercial, Investment and Property management.  Every year of his sales career, Tim continued to be the recipient of many RE/MAX achievement awards and has achieved the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.  His entire career has been spent building a reputation with both clients and other Realtors as a loyal, professional and dedicated individual.

With the support of his wife and 2 young children, he's focussed on fulfilling his dream of building a Brokerage that is second to none, pursuing his passion of Mentoring and Coaching his entire sales Staff and sharing the secrets that made him successful.  The firm has a fantastic reputation in the central core of our vibrant city and continues to thrive as more successful Realtors join the company with each passing year.

Tom Merrick is the second and very intergral part of the TomsPicture
Leadership Team. Tom has many years of real estate experience and is familiar with residential, commercial, industrial and land development. Tom has also been active at the Toronto Real Estate Board, having served on the Board of Directors as well as on numerous committees. Aside from managing, Tom believes that you should "earn as you learn" and facilitates our structued quick start program developed by RE/MAX.     Tom has also personally created and designed "Let's Talk Shop". This is our in-house orientation course here at Re/Max Ultimate. Tom shares the secrets to success and the how-to's of real estate. He covers prospecting, developing a farm area, establishing centres of influence, and strategic planning for success.   Both of these complementary personalities make for a smooth-running Team atmosphere.

No one in the Leadership team are selling managers as they do not wish to compete with the agents. All maintain an open door policy, and are available to assist the agents at all hours.
