Since starting his real estate career in 1989 as a young and ambitious professional, Tim has continuously strived to gain extensive knowledge in all aspects of the industry. His expertise and insights have made him a sought-after industry speaker and a featured guest in numerous media outlets, including newspapers, radio programs (such as CFRB’s “Ask the Experts”), The Real Estate Talk Triangle on Simply Real Estate, and television appearances on CP24, CBC, CFTO, CTV, Omni, and Global.

With the support of his wife and three children, Tim has dedicated himself to helping Realtors achieve success. He actively mentors and coaches his entire sales and support staff, sharing the knowledge necessary to navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape. Renowned as a visionary, Tim is known for his keen understanding of industry trends and his early adoption of innovative technologies. Tim received the recognition of 2024 Broker Owner of the Year for Multi Office within the RE/MAX network.

From 2012 to 2019, Tim served on the Board of Directors for the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), including as the 2017/2018 President of TRREB, the largest real estate board in the world. He also contributed his expertise as a Board Director for the Ontario Real Estate Association and represented the industry at the national level as a Board Director for the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
